How we handle each category

Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds processed within 30 calendar days from electronic refund agreement. Bank transfer costs are paid by the buyer.
Contracts & Legal
Handled as a priority. Issues related to L1, L2, L3, Hold Fee cession, succession or any contractual matter are addressed without delay.
Account & Privacy
Account information and ARCO privacy rights (LFPDPPP / PIPEDA / CCPA) are addressed according to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
General Inquiries
All other incidents begin treatment from 48 hours after they are reported.
